I see the answer below SEE URL my problem is the IFrame code doesnt match mine so where do I add that Code?
also I am using HTML Code not iFrame CODE

also if I make an update do I Loose that Code in iFrame or will it update automatically like it does now?

The thread link you shared is quite old, by default the new embed codes should scroll to the top of the form after clicking the submit button.
I would advise getting a fresh copy of your iFrame code in your "Publish" button. Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
When making changes on the form builder, it should automatically show up or update the form embedded on your website. Unless you are using the form's full source code which is actually a raw in some form.
