Hi,
Your form looks to be setup correctly to use Stripe for payment processing. May I ask, what is happening when the payment are attempted? Is there any error message, does the form just sit there, any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Also. make sure if you are using your API keys instead of authentication, that the keys are correct. Let us know what you can regarding the error and we will be happy to have another look.

have rectified the issue now, seems the Stripe account set up was not
complete! Thank you for your assistance
