Good Day,
Is there a way for someone to save a form as a draft (a form our office has sent out to be completed by another person - that person saving the form as a draft) so they can complete the information at a later date? If this is possible, how is it done?
Thank you

This should be possible, but instead of saving as a draft, they are actually submitting it, but we will allow specific people to update it by using the edit link.
Here's a guide that you can refer to: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.
With the same method above, we will have it on a different approach. Here's a quick guide:
1. I'll setup notifications with edit links on them (depending on who I want to give access to the edit link).
2. I want the manager to have the final editing of the submission, the "To: You" would just be a notification email so that I can have a copy of it.
3. To make it more tricky, let's say you have multiple managers and department, you can trigger the notifications to only be sent when a certain condition is met. You can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
I hope that helps.
