To confirm, you are getting that error message when you submit your form with the Authorize.net payment integration, is that correct? I checked that error message and I believe it is triggered by the Authorize.net system, please refer to this article about it: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A425. If you are submitting a form using the same details on a very short interval, then that may be causing the problem.

Yes, that was the problem.
