Apologies for the inconvenience. May we know if you are still having problems? I'm checking your account and most of the forms are working now, except for those ones that are disabled. You can enable/disable the forms by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form. If you are still experiencing this problem, please do let us know.
