I still have the name of Alice Collins in the form field - it says Alice Collins noreply@jotform.com
Can you help me change it so that is says the name of the person then noreply@jotform.com
this is my Agent Booking Notification form

Hi Cindy,
Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53048824158964? I checked the form's notification setup and it seems to be setup properly. You have used the Agent Name field in your form as Sender Name.
I also checked one of the form's mail log and it seems that the notification email is working fine.
If you are referring to a different form or concern, please provide us more details so we can further check.

Hi,
I did a test submission in your form and I checked the mail logs of the form submission but I was not able to replicate the issue.
I also cloned your form and did a test submission and still I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to receive the Notification email correctly.
Can you provide us a screenshot of the email you receive on your end so we can further check? Please attached/upload the screenshot in this thread. You can check this guide on how to upload screenshots in this forum: How to add screenshots images to questions in support forum.

Hi,
I have already checked the setup of your form and it is setup properly. If the Sender Name is still not working on your end, can you try to create new Notification Email and see if the new Notification email will work? If the issue still persists, please provide us a screenshot of the email you receive.
