I have a jot account. I have a client that wants a form that can be signed on an ipad etc and then have it made to look "pretty" like in a PDF or something... can jot do that? If so can you give me a link on doing it and an example?

Hi,
There are several signature widgets you can add to your form:
http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature
You can also include images, headers and text from the form itself in a PDF copy of the submission:
You can then include a PDF along with the notification email:
http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
If you have any trouble getting any of this setup in your own form, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks.. I am giving a customer a bid on this.. I am a user at a "moderate" level of skill. Do you think it would take more than 3 hours to set this up? Not holding you to it, just trying to get a rough Idea..

Most of the stuff in the form from your image is quite easy to add. I would say an hour tops since you would need to get the hang of tha basics. Once the form is created, everything I mentioned from the post above takes a few clicks.
