For example, I have a respondent and their spouse. I want to know each's birthdate. Rather than say, "Your BD" and "Your Spouse's BD," I would like to say "John's BD" and "Mary's BD." Virtually every other survey and form generator out there does this. It's great that JotForm has so many really advanced capabilities, but very curious and frutrating that you didn't get the basics.
