Good afternoon,
It's possible I missed an update, but today my forms are a little wonky.
1. Most of the tags in the forms sorting list have been removed.
2. Radio button selections are missing. See screen shots showing the live form and the form from the jotform setup/editor page.
I'm guessing more of my forms are experiencing this if it was caused by an update.
Please advise.

I have inspected your form and found this:
To rectify that, you can add this CSS codes to your form using this guide: How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
.form-radio-item label, .form-checkbox-item label, .form-grading-label, .form-header {
color: #6f6f6f !important;
}
The code above will fix the issue with the radio buttons on your form, however, for the sorting tags, I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you help me by giving me more details, please?
We will wait for your response. Thank you.

Thanks. Not sure what happened there.
By sorting tags, I should have said "folders" on the my forms page. I've re-sorted them now, but when I went in almost everything was out of it's folder. The folders were still there, they just didn't have the forms in them.

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you.
I have checked your account and I saw that all forms are inside of folders now.
