Good afternoon,
One of the users of our form called to advise me that the calendar in the "Event Date" and consequent date fields is a day late. In the screenshot provided, the date for the 12th of October is listed as a Tuesday, when in fact the 12th of October is a Monday. I have not been able to replicate this issue on my own computer, however I am concerned that our users may be submitting the incorrect date based on this error.
Kind regards,
Adam

That is indeed unusual, Adam. The calendar popup loads correctly when I look at the direct link of your form:
I do see that there is a scripting conflict where the form is embedded, between the scripts of our form (prototypeJS) and scripts of your website (jQuery). Can you please try re-embedding your form by using our iFrame embed method, and see if it helps resolve the problem for your user. The iFrame sandboxes the form from the website, effectively preventing scripting conflicts.
Please let us know how it goes, so that we can further investigate if it still persists even with the iFrame method. If it does persist even after that change, we'd be very interested in what browser your user is using when they see the issue, and what locale settings (language) are they using.
We will await your response. Thank you.
