Hi!
I am having problem with the Next button on first page of the form in mobile devices (iphone).
When the form loads for the first time the Next button on the first page does not respond at all. I have to refresh the page and load the form the second time in order for it to work.
I am using the Mobile Responsive Widget on the form.
The form is embedded in my Wordpress website using a JS script. Please don't suggest embedding the form using a iFrame embed method. I have tried it and it messes my layout a lot.
Please help!
Thank you,
Madhu

Hi Madhu,
I accessed the site you are referring and I was able to encounter the issue you are reporting even on desktop. When I access the site for the first time the Next button is not working but when I refresh the page I was able to click the Next button.
So it seems that the Mobile responsiveness of the form is not the issue. Have you tried to embed your form by following the instruction provided in this article: How to Embed Form to Wordpress.com? Or, you can also use the JotForm Plugin for Wordpress to embed your form. You can check this article for more information: Embed Form Plugin for Wordpress.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
