If I understood you correctly, you are looking to stop people from going back in the browser to the previous submission?
Please note that this is not possible to change, as your users will always be able to click on the back button, which can show them the data that they had entered - depending if the autofill feature has been enabled or not.
If you do not want them to submit the same data again, you could set the Form Limits on your form so that this can not happen.

I have checked and see that you do not have the autofill option turned on, so this is happening simply as a default reaction of your browser with any HTML form.
Please do note that browsers will try to save the entered data into some form to be able to help you re-submit the form if that is needed by some chance - for example if your internet connection breaks during submission, you can always click back to retry.
The same happens if the form values are not filled out properly, so you are shown the option to go back and fix the issue.
As such, it means that it can not be turned off.

That is a browser specific thing and there's no way you can force the form data to disappear when someone clicks the back button in the browser. If you want to prevent someone from submitting the form twice with the same information, you can set the limits as originally suggest by my colleague.
Thanks
