Just so you know that I've moved your reply here as a new thread.
Looks like your form is using the page break tool. If you would like to redirect users to another page, you should follow the original suggestion to add a conditional logic. If you have already added this in the form, you should make sure to try it by submitting the form.
Please let us know your form URL here. Then let us know when you would like to redirect users to another form or to your payment form. We will check it for you and let you know what needs to be done.
Thanks

Hello Again:
I am trying to have this be the first form: http://form.jotform.us/form/52644907096160
Once the client has fill that Registration form out, I want them to click next and the payment form appear. This is the payment form: http://form.jotform.us/form/52645856554163
The process I have been following is here:
Conditions
Change Thank You URL after submission
Insert Preview Link to Payment Form
However, this does not work. The wrong page appears after they click next
please let me know if I am doing something wrong? I need to create this form soon
thank you

I have been able to link my forms together but am seeing a page in between that I would like to take out if possible. See attached screenshot. Is it possible to remove this page?

We apologize for the delays.
If I understand correctly, you were trying to delete/remove the page break in your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52644907096160
To delete the field, just select it and then click on the red 'x' icon on the upper-right corner of the field. (see image below for guide)
I already did this on your form. If you check now, there is no next page or page break on the form anymore.
Please let us know how we can be of further assistance.

katecorey3Replied on September 22, 2015 at 11:47 PMHi,
No - that's what we have spent all day accomplishing! We needs of have a next button to the following page and we are literally about to lose a million dollar client because no one can help us. We finally got this done and now you deleted it?! I know it wasn't intentional but I am so overwhelmed with not being able to ACCESS jotforms (it says I am "phishing" and won't let me even login. I've been emailing the support team quite literally all day and nothing has changed. What am I supposed to do!?)
Please change back whatever you changed. Please
Kate Corey

I apologize for the confusion. I have reverted the form http://www.jotform.us/form/52644907096160 to its previous version using Revision History tool.
in your Form Builder, you will see it back to your previous version.

As to the current function you wanted to achieve, if you submit the form http://www.jotform.us/form/52644907096160 it will actually redirect already to another form http://www.jotform.us/form/52605962916159 (is this the Payment Form)
Can you please describe more what is the purpose of the Page break (Next button) of the form?
Describe to us how you wanted the payment form to be linked to the 1st form.
Thanks.
