No jot forms have come to our email since 28th August, please help!?

I checked and our mail log shows the emails being sent to the email address 125LIVE@125world.com:
Have you checked your spam folder?
I cloned your form, added a custom sender email and made a test submission. Have you received it? If so please try adding a custom sender email to see if it solves:

We dont have a spam folder on that email account and your test submission hasnt come through.
Could you try sending to: team@125world.com instead?Its actually affecting 2 forms:

According to account email history the messages are being sent.
You may consider contacting your hosting provider to track these messages and whitelist the following sending sources if possible.
