Morning,
One of our customers is using a form and having a serious problem
none of the conditional formatting seems to be working, they are unable to use another browser and have cleared all caches on this one, I have included a screenshot they forwarded me to show you what I mean.
I have tried to replicate the problem but have been unable to, any help would be appreciated

I have tested the form in my IE9 browser but was unable to replicate the issue, kindly ask the user to do the following
1. Add the cloudfront.com domain to their antivirus/firewall white-list
2. Ask them to press F12 on the browser then refresh the page and check if any errors are logged in the console
