Can I insert hyperlink to a web site for additional information?

Hi Tom,
You can use the TEXT field(found in Form Tools) to add text with hyperlink in your form.
You can then use the Text editor to create text with hyperlink.

What is confusing, it is asking for HTML and/or hyperlink. Those are two different items.
I have tried both.
Would have a step by step illustration of this?
