My people are having difficulty using an iphone and ipad to register on the jotform site.
I am using a secure site.
Is there something I need to do?
I have a number of different programs and each have their own registration page but they all seem to be having issure with people being able to register using an ipad or iphone.

Hi,
Maybe you can apply mobile responsive widget to your forms. It makes your forms fit into screen of your mobile devices; also it is easy to use.
Here is the instructions:
First, click to "Widgets". You will see the "Mobile Responsive" widget, just drag and drop it to your form wherever you want. It's all done. It is not visible and you don't need to setup anything.
If it isn't solve your problem, please contact us. We can look for another solutions.

I added the Mobile Responsive widget to all my forms and although it is
better there are still several required fields that show up funny and they
cannot be completed, thus inhibiting someone from submitting their form.
e.g.: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51325839919971
The birthday & gender fields show up differently on the Guest 1 and Guest 2
and yet I know I just copied, moved and relabeled them.
I cannot find a way to enlarge the birthdate field as it is one of the
pre-done quick boxes.
This is only a problem on the iphone and the ipad…it works fine on my
android tablet.
Please advise.

Can you point us what's wrong here? Any screenshot of the problem is greatly appreciated.

I have not embedded the forms – they pop up in a separate window. I think
that may be an issue.
As for your previous e-mail, I could not see the screen shots, they did not
open up in the e-mail.
