RebeccaSOFReplied on August 7, 2015 at 3:44 PMI bought a subscription account but it should have been on my bosses account instead of mine. She then purchased the subscription and I tried to cancel mine, wanting to receive a refund. So far nothing has posted to my credit card.
How do I get a refund for the mistaken purchase?

Thank you for your response. I don’t want to upgrade or downgrade. My account is a sub-account under another so I don’t need a subscription. What I would like is a refund to my credit card (is not expired) for $90.00 and to maintain my free account.
