How do I insert a Mobile Number or a Telephone number field without the area code? (I don't need that)

You can simply add a text box field
To do this, click the "Input Mask" from the toolbar of textboxes and put your desired masking.
Use '#' for numbers(0-9)fter enabling the "Input Mask" button at the tool bar
You can choose the form on Mask Value section. You can even include some predefined values such as the area numbers. You can even choose to fill al the values at once if this is a field for a fixed number

lw_designReplied on August 6, 2015 at 12:35 AMPlease explain how I create the text field as you have done with the label and also that will definitely capture the number in the form going to the recipient address?
I look forward to your reply!
Regards
Lauren
PS the form on the website now shows the tel field with input mask and tool tip but the recipient is not getting the number on the mail form he gets. Most frustrating.

The reason that your fields don't have visible labels is that your labels are hidden by the custom CSS that you are using. If you open your form in the Designer and open the CSS tab, you will see that your custom CSS code contains label-hiding styles.
When it comes to your field capturing the number correctly and forwarding it to your email address, I can see that the field is already set up. However, your Email Notification are no longer up to date - they don't contain your latest added field.
Please do the following. First, please right-click on the Tel field > Show Properties.
Scroll down, and change its Name from {clickTo} into a more meaningful name for your Phone field, such as {phone}
After this is done, please create a new Email Notification by following our guide on Setting Up Email Notifications. This will make sure that your Email Notification contains all your latest fields from the form.
You can remove your old email notifications when you have added the new, updated one.
Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we will be happy to assist you.
