Hi, I created a form that looks great on a full PC screen and tablets, but the pictures are getting cut off and some text is running off the screen on the smaller mobile devices.
Is there a simple way to get my form to work well on a mobile device and have the text and pictures shrink proportionally to the screen size?
If it helps, the actual form is at this URL: http://www.jotform.us/qliomaha/A_Red_Carpet_Affair
Thanks for your help!

Kindly try adding the mobile responsive widget to your form

Thanks! That partially solved my problem, but only if people select the first of two options. They can select the following:
1) I'd like to receive a formal invitation to this event.
2) I'd like to purchase event tickets right away.
If they selection option 1, then the mobile functionality works. If they select option 2, the mobile functionality is not working.
Did I add the mobile responsive widget incorrectly?
Thanks again.

Yes, you have added the Mobile Responsiveness widget correctly.
Are you perhaps talking about the Configurable List widget that is not being mobile responsive? In order for this widget to have all its functionality, it had to be added to the form as an iFrame. This unfortunately makes it harder for its inner content to follow the width of the form as it resizes on various screen sizes.
This is a limitation that applies to many of our widgets, as it is a limitation of underlying technology being used (the inline frames, or iFrames).
