Hi there,
At the footer of my page, there is a 'Request a catalogue' button on the bottom right of my site which opens my jotform.
I've setup my form, and it works a treat the second time the form is opened, but in the first instance: Clicking "Yes, absolutely" I'd like to receive a catalogue doesn't expand the form to let you fill in your address.
Click close, and then repress the 'Request a catalogue' button and it works! How can I get it to work the first time it's clicked?
Thanks

Hello toomarvellous,
I did check your web page and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Your lightbox form loads just fine and clicking on the "Yes.. absolutely.." first time only does display the hidden address fields correctly with scrollbar. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!

Thanks for such a prompt reply! It seems the only browser I can replicate the issue with is Safari on Mac. On iOS everything acts as it should.
On another note, is there a piece of code I can use to expand the width of the lightbox to accommodate the vertical scrollbar and remove the need for horizontal scrolling on PC after the radio button is clicked? -

That is probably related to a script conflict. In the form embed codes, find feedback2.js?3.3.8137 and replace it with feedback.js?3.3.8137. Basically, removing the "2" in the form embed URL. I hope that helps.
As for the scrolling issue, I will check that and give you the answer here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/620718.
