I cloned a form and then deleted certain questions. When I test it, the old questions are showing up when they're delivered to the client, even though they're not currently on the form.

It's the autoresponder email in the form which is currently not to its default format. We have a system tool that automatically updates the notifier/autoresponder emails as soon as the form is modified, but this will only work to the default format. In this case, I would suggest re-creating the whole autoresponder.
1. Delete the current autoresponder: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.
2. Create it again: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.
