if Field1 field Contians A,B,b case sensitive check box (enhancement)
Currently if Field1 contains "a" would return TRUE
With the enhancement checked: "a" would be FALSE

I have tested your form http://www.jotform.com/50516546807155 and conditions that you have set are working. Your "Must have CAP" field is hidden if "ID" field contains A,B,C.
Is it not working for you? If I did not understood you correctly can you please explain in more details your issue?
Looking forward to your reply.

The way the condition works now - ID field Contains list: A,B,C then Hide field "Must have CAP"
"A" TRUE but lowercase "a" is also TRUE (Even though there is no lowercase a in the list)
I want an enhancement to (optionally) make the comparison case sensitive. i.e. A,B,C would all match the list and a,b,c would not match.

I understand the enhancement you wanted to have.
I made test form and check if Condition Logic is able to detect case sensitive, and it currently does not.
Here is my test condition form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51957226813965?
on test, it was not able to recognize the case sensitive format of input.
I have now submitted a feature request ticket for this.
We cannot provide you with any time frame on the availability, but we will notify you here for any news/updates on the status of the ticket.
Thanks.
