Hi,
Last month I have renew the jotform account and paid the monthly fee USD 9.95, but I only need it for one month. Then last friday, the system automatically charge me USD 9.95 for the next month renewal fee without my requirements. So please help to cancel it and refund my money, thanks. I don't want to be charged every month since we will not use it anymore, thanks. And I have received email from you, the email subject is Your Subscription Renewal: JotForm Premium Monthly [INT150710-4403-55392B] and bill address is here: https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/invoice/INT150710-4403-55392B
