We have a new feature added to download the attachments from the form submissions view.
You can select the number of submissions by holding Ctrl key that you want to download and click on Uploads button to download the attachments for the selected submissions. The attachments shall be downloaded into a compressed file having separate folders named by the submission ID.
Hope this information helps!!

It may be an issue with the browser cache. Could you try logging out from your JotForm account and then clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
Then try to login again and see if the button is available in the submissions view. Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
Thanks!

The "Uploads" feature can be found while viewing your submissions:
http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
I checked a few times to make sure the option showed up and each time it did. Are you not seeing the option from your submission view?

Try from the submission view. The option won't be available from the "My Forms" section. Could you post a screen capture of what you see from the submission view?

There is an upload at the bottom of the page but, not at the top. When I try to highlight photos using ctrl nothing happens. If I click on the blue name link it automatically downloads the photo.

The uploads button is here:
The circled button in my copy of your image is what we are referring to.

I held the Ctrl button the submission I want to get the photos from is highlighted. I clicked upload it spins for a long time and then I receive the error Titled
Download Uploads and the message is
Downloading submissions between 0 and 1000 failed.

If you need to download the file attachments from a single submission, you need to download them individually. The uploads button will download ALL the uploads for ALL the submissions for your form. Holding control and clicking will not do anything.
My apologies, I think we confused you and were trying to have you download all the attachments for the full form, not a single submission. For a single submission, you will need to download each attachment individually.

The control click my colleague was referring to was to select multiple submissions. For a single submission select that submission, then click the uploads button. It should grab all the uploads for that submissions. I just checked with your form and I was able to do so.
My apologies for any confusion.

Yeah, this is a brand new feature so I was confused on the usage as well. We should indeed add a user guide. Glad to hear you were able to get it working. If there is anything else we can help you with, just let us know and we will be happy to do what we can.

I just checked your account again and it seems to be working on my end. I click on the submission, from the list, then click on the "uploads" button:
It then shows that it is collecting the uploads:
When it completes, I am presented with a confirmation:
A zip file of all the uploads is downloaded:
It should not be attempting to download 1000 submissions.
-
TracySandersReplied on July 8, 2015 at 3:43 PMNot sure what I am doing wrong. The submission is highlighted in blue. I click the upload button and get the same error.

I just checked in a few different browser and each time I was able to get things working. Is it giving you the same error if you try another browser? I do not receive an error no matter what I try. If all browser has the same error, it might be a setting on the computer itself that is preventing the download. Try a different browser and if possible try a non-work computer as well. The feature should be working properly.
