I try to make calculation between two dropdown menu, each one numbered from 0 to 10.
It seems does not works for me. You can see in the attachment what I want do do. What am I wrong?

Since you have the Drop Down options listed as numbers, you can delete the Calculation Values and it will still work. Alternatively, you will need to add a 0 option to the Calculation Values to have a correct calculation order (empty Drop Down items need the value too).
Also, there is some problem with the Drop Down tags (first two Drop Downs). I would like to recommend you to update the field name tags. Then, you should be able to use them in calculations.

There was indeed something buggy with your fields. I replaced your dropdowns with new ones and set the calculation up once again. After replacing the fields the calculation worked. Here is the form with the fields replaced:
