Hi,
Occasionally our system interprets forms created in languages other than English as phishing forms, even though they clearly are not. To prevent this from happening again, I would recommend using the form translation tool:

In any case, since your forms do not appear to violate our terms of use, I reactivated your forms and account. You should be able to access them once again.
