Hi there!
I changed my 3 - 7 day submission form
IT will now only send me the fields that were present before, and new fields are totally missing from email.
Annoyingly our 'finishing date' is always blank too.
This is very inconvenient. I cannot find a reason - the form displays fine but submits wrong.

You can manually add them, but it's simpler to delete the current one:
And create a new email notification, in that way all fields will be included. Please try that, it will not take more than 5 minutes to set it up. https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
