I worked on a form for over an hour and I manually saved it as well as saw it auto-saved multiple times, but now it comes up blank. Why is my form blank??

The problem should be now resolved. Please logout your Jotform account, do a complete reset of your browser's cache ,and login back again.
I can see your form is there showing with no problem.
