Hi,
Form contains:
a heading that says "Testimonial Form"
text "Name" (marked as required)
a text box for the "Name"text "Your Testimonial" (marked as required)
a text area for "Your Testimonialtext "Make this testimonial public?" (marked as required)
radio buttons "yes" and "no"text "How would you rate our services?"
star rating (from the survey tools)captcha
centered "Submit" button
If the person selects the "yes" radio button under "Make this testimonial public?", I would like for the testimonial including words of the person and the amount of stars the person selected to show on the web page.
Is this possible?
Thank you,
Cloud -

Hi ACloudWalker,
Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, this is not possible in JotForm. You can only display all the submission data of your form in your website through reports like Grid Listing and HTML Table Listing. There is no option that can hide or filter submissions in the reports.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.

Hi Chriistian,
Thank you for your reply.
I believed that was the case, as it would have to modify the page coding.
So, if I use the standard form it will email the "results of their "Testimonial", which I could then copy onto the webpage?
I await your response.
Be Well,
Cloud

Hi Christiian
The data submitted by the user will be email to your notification email, you can then copy the testimonial to your site.
You can setup the notification email and modify the template as highlighted below.
Specify the sender email address n the top left and the destination email address ate the bottom right.
Press 'Next' to load the email template page, you can now choose which field to include in the notification email sent to your email address
