Hey Guys!
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51455689063968
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51437663349967
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51463809459970
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51105570784959All of the above forms are redirect to a custom thank you URL, after submission - which is:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51474718874972
I would like to set it up, to where the 4 forms above, post the following data fields to the second form after submission:
1. Member Name
2. Member Email
3. Employee Name
4. Employee Email
I'm just trying to eliminate redundancy when employees are completing these forms.
Let me know, thank you!Roger

Hello Roger.
Yes, you can achieve this with JotForm forms. Please take a look at the following guide: Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters
In essence, you will change the custom thank you form for each of your four forms to include their data as well. So, as you want to prepopulate fields of the specified form, you would use a link like this, where the red part would be changeable based on which form you are redirecting from:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51474718874972?memberName=Boris&memberEmail5=test@example.com&employeeName11=JotForm
I didn't see the field Employee Email, so I couldn't create the link for that.
So from following the guide linked above, you would use the same {} variables that you use in the email notifications to change the red variables from my example.
For the first of your forms, http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51455689063968, the variables for names and email are:
{memberName} {memberEmail} {employeeName}
The custom thank you link you would use in this first form would be:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51474718874972?memberName={memberName}&memberEmail5={memberEmail}&employeeName11={employeeName}
I hope that the guide, explanation, and the images are enough to get you going, but please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions regarding this. We will be happy to clarify and help you set your forms up the way you want to.

This is great, thank you!
How do you pre-fill drop down options?

You are kindly welcome.
You can select values of a dropdown in much the same way. For a dropdown of that same form, you would use attachmentType=Other to select Other
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51474718874972?memberName={memberName}&memberEmail5={memberEmail}&employeeName11={employeeName}&attachmentType={attachmentType}
Please test it out to see if it works to your satisfaction, and kindly let us know if you need help with further tweaks to the links.

Also, example:
I have this form:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51473926410958Embedded in my site here:
http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest.html
When I complete the form, the data is supposed to post to this form:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51437663349967Embedded in my site here:
http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest2.htmlI'm using this Thank You link to post the data, but it isn't working:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51437663349967?memberName={memberName61}&memberEmail={memberEmail62}&employeeName42={employeeName}&employeeEmail={employeeEmail}Please advise, thank you!!

If the Drop down is hidden and preselected, that would still be okay, as long as you are passing a value correctly using the field names.
Regarding the follow up question, if you are prepopulating a form embedded on a website, you need to change the target link of the actual website instead.
In this case, the target form is this: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51437663349967.
It is embedded on this website: http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest2.html
In the origin form where you will setup the thank you custom URL. The URL that you should be using is this: http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest2.html?memberName={memberName61}&memberEmail={memberEmail62}&employeeName42={employeeName}&employeeEmail={employeeEmail}
See if that works.
Thank you.

I am trying to get these field results:
{clubLocation} {cancelfreezeReason}
{memberName61}
{memberEmail62}
{employeeName}
{employeeEmail}From this form:
http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest.html
To post to this form after submission:
http://felyx.coffeecup.com/CancelFreezeRequest2.htmlBut when I use the following link, it is not working:

You can use the prepopulate app to see the correct URL you need to use to prepopulate your form.
I have created sample pages with cloned versions of your forms so you can see how they work. You can find them here:
Step 1: https://shots.jotform.com/raul/581945/step1.html
Step 2: https://shots.jotform.com/raul/581945/step2.htmlFeel free to look at the source code of the pages to see how they work.
