Hi
Just recently it is very hit and miss whether or not we receive emails when someone fills out a form on our web site.
The form is called NACCC Contact Form under our account , username naccc.
It may be something at our end but I am just checking that there is no problem at your end.
I changed the sender email to be n.mcewen@naccc.org.uk and received the verification message, but still no email arrived after pressing submit.
Am i doing something stupid ???

The email address on the recipient is not in the bounce list. I also checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully. You can use this guide if you want to know how to check your form email history.

Please check your Spam folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client.
You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
