Hello,
I'm looking to upgrade to your system this weekend.
I want to migrate all of the information at one time.
Concern at this point is to ensure all of my users who will be former Co-Authors will need their accounts setup. Please provide me with information on instructions I should provide them to setup their accounts with your service before I move everything over from Forms Central to Jot Form.

You can migrate your forms and data from Formcentral to JotForm by following this user guide:

I am not really sure how you meant this, by if my understanding is correct, you wanted to have JotForm account for "Co-Authors" also?
If it is, they can sign-up for an account also just using at http://www.jotform.com/signup
