I have a jotform that I brought over from FormsCentral. I can get it to convert to a PDF but I cannot edit it once in Adobe Acrobat XI. Each time I attempt to edit the layout (to fix some of the labels that aren't showing correctly) Adobe quits expectantly (I get a "stopped working" error). Any help would be appreciated.

Is this the form you're referring to: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51304365777964? I've converted that form into a fillable PDF form and tried to edit it using Acrobat X Pro and was able to do so without any problems.
I've uploaded my testing file here: https://shots.jotform.com/raul/Adobe_FormsCentral.pdf so you can check it out.

This is in fact the form. Are you saving it before you edit it? I have tried it that way as well and still get the following error.

I can not reproduce error you mentioned. Error you are getting is not related to JotForm, it is related to Adobe software itself. Considering that Fillable PDF is supported in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit, I suggest you to try to use Foxit.
Also to fix this Adobe error I would suggest to you to try to:
- Reinstall Adobe Acrobat
Also on Adobe forum, several users have same problem and on this link:

you can find some suggestions how to fix this error.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
