As of yesterday I stopped receiving notification emails when a user fills out the form to download our trial version. The form is named UltraSeps Trial Request Basic.
I don't even get an email sent when testing it from your site. The only form I am receiving a notification from is the mailing list signup form.
The end user does receive the automated reply with instructions however. Its only me that's not getting the notifications which are important.
I checked my email and all is working correctly.
Edit.....I changed my notification address to a Gmail address and am now receiving the mail. That's odd since I have no issues with mail. As long as its working,

If I understand correctly, as per your explanation above, you were not receiving.
