I'm trying to use the "Image Upload Preview" widget with my form, but the data submitted just comes through as a PDF, and doesn't actually include the jpg image files.
My form is here - http://form.jotform.us/form/51194948475165
I've tried just having the data submitted via email, as well as through Google Drive and DropBox integrations. When I just use the standard file upload tool, it works fine. But I'd like users to be able to preview their photos before submitting. Is there a bug with this widget, or is there a better one for me to use?
Thanks for any help you can give me on this issue.

I have tested your form and when I uploaded image in Image Upload Preview widget, image preview is working.
Also I have cloned and tested your form and I was able to upload image, preview it and after submitting the form inside of my email notification there was uploaded image.
Also inside of my submission I see submission with previewed image.
Did you embedded your form on website and you are having problem there? If so - please provide us URL of your website.
In the meantime try to delete cache from your form. Also you can try to delete browser cache or to use some other browser.
Looking forward to your reply.
