Hi there,
You can do this by using 2 rules under 1 condition. I created a demo form, please check it. (http://support.jotform.com/form/51184238900957). You can clone it if you like.
I used the "Update a form field value" condition and used 2 rules. I created around 12 conditions. I know that you are familiar with using JotForm conditions, so this will be easy for you.
Hope this helps. If not, let us know how can we further assist you.
Thank you.

Did you mean that you want to replace the "Radio Field" with a "Textbox Field"?
You should can do that if you want but then that means the conditions and calculations for it would need to be modified to make it work with each one because you would need a rule to match each of your quantities the workflow you seek for this.
Here's an updated demo: https://www.jotform.com/form/51186219347963?
I left the original radio there but was just using the first set from the radio above for 15-20 which I reassigned to the text field.
