How can I review submitted records?

I cannot view my submitted rescue, transport and road kill records.

When I click on the link, I repeatedly receive the message ‘Please verify your email’

When I click on the email link sent to me, it comes up with the message ‘unauthorized access…’

I will attach screen shots below which will hopefully assist.
