Hi Doron,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can allow the form fillers to view their submissions by providing a direct link. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Thank You Page on the left menu.
3. Add this link to your Thank You message. Remember to hyperlink the page:
https://www.jotform.com/submission/{id}
Here's what the Thank You Page should look like:
You can also set up an autoresponder email with the submission link in your form that will be automatically sent to the form fillers after form submission. Let me show you how to set it:
As a prerequisite, it is needed that you have a field that stores the email of the form filler. The Autoresponder Email typically uses the Email field that is set up in the form.
1. In Form Builder, go to Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Emails in the left menu.
3. Typically, if you have added an Email field in the form, the autoresponder email will be automatically created. If you want to add more, just click on Add Email.
4. Select Autoresponder Email and customize your email in the editor and add the submission link.
Here's an example below:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi PD2023,
Thanks for getting back to us. Does the form that you filled out belong to your account or does it belong to another account? Can you share to us the link to the form in question so that we can take a look at it for you?
I checked the link provided above and I was able to access it. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Mafe,
The submission link should provide every form filler access to his/her form.
The link only works on the google account of the form designer. I tried it with two different people who filled the form, got the autoresponder email byut when they clicked the link, they got the unauthorized access error message.
Just to make sure, the idea is to give each submitter access to his submissions.
Thanks,
Doron

Great. This works well!
- Is there a way to make viewed submissions display properly (from right to left and right aligned as they should in Hebrew)
- I have modifield the field list extensively:
- Can I have them reordered in the table and in field lists according to how they now appear on the form?
- How can I make teh connected googlesheet reflect the changes?
Thanks,
Doron
