Reduce size of QR code in confirmation email

    Hi! I'm using Jotform to create registration codes for an event. I have just about everything set up, but I can't seem to reduce the size of the QR code in the auto-respond/registration confirmation email. I tried editing the source code, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Can you help? https://form.jotform.com/c10sinthecity/registration

    Hi c10sinthecity,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please click on the gear icon of your Dynamic QR Code widget, it will open the general settings where you can specify the Width and Height, you can try 50px for both. Example:

    Another question... I want to use the same ticketing system as the person in this support thread, but the links to the sample forms at the bottom of the thread are gone. Is there another way to find them on your end?
