I need to create a form where multiple users can submit comments then any other user logging on can see all the comments and add his own. Is there a way to do this, please? Can't see anything in help files.

With JotForm you can not create login forms. JotForm does not have membership features. Considering all of that can you please explain in more details where do you want to enable to users to log in and see 'comments'?
If you want to have some comments on JotForm form, for example like in online newspapers after article to leave comment with name, email & message, at the moment we do not have such function however you can use the Grid Listing or HTML Table Listing Report to create something similar to that of a comment box.
1. Go to My Forms then click on the form that you want to create a report of
2. Click the Reports button then click Add New Report
3. Choose HTML table or Grid Listing then click Next
4. Check/uncheck the fields that you want to show/hide, click Next
5. Copy the iframe codes provided
To insert the report's iframe codes onto your form:
1. Add a Free Text HTML field into your form. This can be found under the Power Tools option
2. Click the free text field, then click the HTML button in the toolbar
3. Paste the report's iframe codes into the HTML textarea
4. Save your form
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

sandymacraeReplied on April 20, 2015 at 2:00 PMThank you for you reply and suggestions. However, it does appear that what I want to do is not possible with JotForm. To explain further, the idea was to send certain people the URL of the Form that I create and allow them to add comments to a subject on the form then anyone else looking at the form would see ALL the comments and add their own. Eventually I would download all the comments. I apologise for using ‘logging on’ – this was not what I meant!

In my previous answer I provided you something that can represent workaround for what you are trying to achieve. I have made a demo form using the steps I already provided to you:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51096083117957?
You will notice that inside of the form there is a one comment field where users can add their comments and after submitting form, those comments will show in HTML report that is embed inside of the form.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

sandymacraeReplied on April 21, 2015 at 4:14 AMIs there a way to increase the width of the inserted Report Table in the HTML Text Box? I would like it to match the width of the preceding Comments box - it would look better. It appears to default to about half the form width - I would like it nearer the full width! It also defaults to the left - could this be centre?

Hi sandy,
I created a separate thread about this issue, since you are referring to the width and the alignment of the element. Here's the URL of the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/556195
Thank you for understanding.
