How to send an autoresponder email on specific time?

I need to send an auto response email at a specific time of the day within the same day. Example. A registrant fills up the form at 9am in the morning and they will get an auto response email at 3:30pm after the event asking them to full out a survey. I see automatic resend on 1 day. etc..but not within a specific tome of the day.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. It's possible to send an autoresponder email based on your preferred schedule but it's not applicable if you want to do it within the day. To my knowledge, using the "On a later date" option will send the email at 12:00 midnight EST time of the chosen date.

If you take a look at the user guide, you can see that there are steps that show how to send the email on a date and time you wish. This is done by using multiple date/time fields and the calculation conditions to calculate the time and date that the email should be sent.
