I've created a report but now I need someone else to be able to access the data from that specific report. I did that for another report, but now I can find how to do that. Can you help me?

If you are looking on creating an HTML Table listing, where you can embed the report to a website, then you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/209-How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report.
Another way that you can use is integrate a Google Spreadsheet, from there you can share your Google Spreadsheet to other Gmail users, here's a guide on how to integrate it: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
