Multiple choise field are not being sent to HubSpot

    Hi,

I have used the Multiple Choice option in a form and matched the answers to the pick list we have in HubSpot.

However, the field in HubSpot is blank after the form is submitted. This happens with any multiple choice question in Jotform.

The answers do appear in our Asana Task as expected.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and we currently do not have any known issues with the Hubspot integration. I also made a test on a form and did not encounter the same issue, the multiple-choice answer is being sent. Could you try choosing a single answer first then try multiple answers in the multiple choice field?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Mary,

That did not work, only one of the multiple choice answers made it to HubSpot.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for patiently waiting. Since you are trying to pass the multiple choice element to Hubspot, you will need to map it to a multiple map it to Multiple Checkbox field type in Hubspot, so you will have to create for each checkbox element you have that you want to pass the data to. Keep in mind that the options need to match as well.

Once you've created the Multiple Checkbox property, you will need to edit the columns of the table in Hubspot, and make sure you add them as a column, so you'll see the data being sent.

Once everything is set in Hubspot, you can reintegrate with Hubspot and map the newly created properties in Hubspot to your form's multiple-choice field.

Both properties in Jotform and HubSpot are multiple checkboxes that match.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for waiting patiently. I tried to replicate the issue but I wasn't able to reproduce it on my side and I couldn't detect any cause that resulted in this. So it would be better for us to understand if you could share a screenshot of the submission that went to the HubSpot side. This guide will show you how to do that.

If you can also give us permission to send a test submission to your original form, we can investigate the issue and help you find a solution. Can you please confirm if only one of the multiple choice fields was sent to Hubspot and if the other one, which is the Property type, wasn't?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
