Is there additional fee in Enabling HIPAA on Gold Plan?

I'm considering moving from Formstack to Jotform, but need to ensure the form offerings would be HIPAA-enabled. It looks like the Gold Plan has HIPAA options. Would the pricing $99 per month (if paid annually) include HIPAA compliance or is there an additional cost to be HIPAA-enabled?

Thanks for getting back to us. HIPAA Compliance is already available if you subscribe to the Gold Plan. There is no additional charge. Let me show you how to enable HIPAA on your account once you are on the Gold Plan:

1. Go to the Data page.
2. Click on the Enable HIPAA Compliance button.
3. Fill up the information that is asked in the HIPAA Compliance Setup Wizzard.
4. Once done you'll get this window that confirms HIPAA is enabled in your account. An email will be sent as well.
