I would like to ask if you are looking to send your visitors to a different page instead of it being shown like that - instead of a form?
The reason why I ask Mark is because what you have mentioned is default behavior when the form is within iframe, but you can always change this to have your users redirected to some other page for example.
Do let us know what you would like to have it happen and we would be happy to assist.
I would also suggest checking out the following guides:

As per your suggestion, I was able to set up a special Thank you message on a different page on the same web site.
Since I have both tablet and smart versions of the site, will this form also work on those versions as well, including re-directing to a Thank you page on the tablet and smart phone versions?
Thank you,
Mark Grover

Yes, iframe embed is actually the best embed code to use for mobile devices.
Now if I understood you correctly Mark, you would like to transfer your users to different thank you page depending if they have accessed your jotform over a mobile or desktop version of your website?
If so that would be possible, but we would need to use conditions and a bit of php / asp variables.
Do let us know if this is what you would like to do and we would be happy to assist in setting it up.

Thank you. I am also incorporating a mobile and tablet version of a site made with Adobe Muse / Business Catalyst). This is supposed to offer automatic re-direction to mobile versions but I would like to create a submission thank you page for them as well.
However, I just discovered an issue with the jot form ( mentioned above in the thread) causing an issue with an interactive page anchor on the same page. When I hyperlink from a menu item on a separate page to an anchor spot near the jot form, it goes there for a second and then jumps immediately to the top of the web site. When I remove the jot form ( or the code in the iframe) it performs fine as before I added the code in the i frame. Do you have any insight ?

Hi,
So for each mobile type, you would like to have a different thank you page? One thank you page for smart phone, one thank you page for tablet and one thank you page for the desktop? Am I correct?
As for the iFrame issue, please try removing the script part in the embed codes. For example:
Just remove the highlighted codes in the screenshot.
I hope it helps.
Thanks

Yes you are correct on one for the desktop ( which is working fine) one for the smart phone, one for the tablet.
Removing the script fixed the i-frame issue ! Thanks!
