Can you switch from an annual contract to a monthly contract mid-year?

is there a way to cancel a yearly subscription and receive a reimbursement for the portion not used?

However, we can only process the refund within thirty days, as stated in the 30-day money-back policy in our Terms of Use. With that said, if, for any reason, you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment, you will be issued a refund for the full amount.
