Good morning!
I use Jotform often to collect reservations and payments for dinners and lunches. Is there anyway that after someone has made the booking they can cancel?
I'm am more interested in the cancellation facility. Refunds can be done through STRIPE.
Any thoughts?
Many thanks
Regards
Nicholas

Hi Nicholas,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's a way for your form users to edit their submissions if the Edit Link is included in the autoresponder email. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Let Users Update Their Entries Later. Let me walk you through:
1. In the Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
2. Select Emails on the left.
3. Edit your Autoresponder by selecting the Pencil icon.
4. In the editor, add the {edit_link} tag to your email.
5. Once you’re done, scroll down to the bottom and select Save.
In this way, they can go back to their form and edit their submissions. With that said, you would need to include an option on your form to let them cancel their reservations or bookings. This would be applicable for incoming submissions if the edit link is not previously included in your autoresponder template.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help. -

Many thanks for your response.
It's not quite what I was looking for. What would be more useful (for me) is that there is a cancellation of a booking which results in the record (on Submissions) being deleted or marked as cancelled. At the moment, I have to delete/tag the record manually.
Is that available?
Kind regards
Nicholas

Hello Nicholas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
