We have changed the checking account associated with this JotForm account.
Where do I enter the new account ## so that we will pay the monthly fees promptly?

Since your account is currently set to "Free", simply upgrade to whatever subscription level you would like through our pricing page:
http://www.jotform.com/pricing
This will update your account to your new card. If you have any trouble doing so, let us know and we will be happy to help.
