Question regarding upgrading to a higher subscription from a lower paid plan.

    Hello, my school is considering getting a Jotform subscription, and we had a few questions.

    1. If we start at a lower level, such as Bronze or Silver, is it easy to upgrade to Gold?
    2. Regarding limits, such as Form Limit of 50 forms, and also available space...is that per year? Or is that lifetime?

    Also, looking at Jotform approvals, can you please confirm that those don't necessarily need to be Jotform users - just emails of people within our approval process?

    Hi Cara, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can upgrade your subscription in easy steps. If you have a paid account already, you won't have to enter the payment information again. You need to choose the new plan, and our payment processor will handle the payment automatically, including the proration of your payments.

    Let me show you how to upgrade your subscription from a Starter plan:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
